Being new to Mnster our family needed help in finding a suitable new home. With a new job to start we had a relatively short time frame and no local knowledge beside what Internet could provide us with. We also had a long list of requirements for the future home itself and the type of neighbourhood it had to be in. Sonja Schulze helped us to find exactly the type of property we were looking for in Mnster. She presented us with a shortlist of properties matching our criteria and arranged private viewings to suit our schedule. We had a first pick as some of the properties were not yet advertised on the market which is incredibly important in Mnster where most good properties go on first to see basis. Sonjas expertise also was invaluable in helping to review and negotiate the rental agreement and making introductions within the local business community. Without the help we wouldnt have had such a smooth experience and a superb home we have been enjoying for the past half a year.
Sonja ha hecho de la mudanza algo mucho ms sencillo. Ha sido muy profesional en todos los aspectos. En primer lugar nos ayud con la bsqueda de piso; entendi enseguida nuestras necesidades y elabor una agenda para los das de bsqueda muy complete y diversa. Gracias a ella pudimos elegir el piso en el que vivimos sin necesidad de competir con otros inquilinos. Nos acompa a todas las visitas mostrndose siempre cordial y haciendo preguntas importantes que nosotros pasamos por alto. Posteriormente nos ha ayudado en tareas que a primera vista parecen sencillas pero que en un pas nuevo pueden resultar de los ms engorrosas, este detalle es el que marca la diferencia e hizo que nos sintiramos muy respaldados. Estas tareas fueron desde indicar los servicios necesarios en los alrededores, incripciones, contratos de servicios bsicos hasta tema bancario, entre otros. Solo tengo buenas palabras y agradecimiento para Sonja!!
Sonja helped me move to and from Mnster. She is incredibly nice and very knowledgeable about the city. She found me a great flat near the city center and helped me get established with my bank, visa and utilities. And when it came time to leave, she helped me close all my accounts. Sonja helped us a lot during our relocation process. It was a very long way for us to come to a different country and lots of question marks about "what are we gonna do know?". She knows a lot about the city and very experienced for all processes such as bank, registration, communication with real estate agents and finding a flat anything you wanted to know, she already knows. I would like to thank Sonja for everything she has done for us. I couldnt imagine what we can do without her. She was the most helpful person in our transfer progress.
